We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days dated from the day your receive your order to request a return. We do not accept used or opened items, your goods must be in the exact same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us directly via jasmine.dollfacebeauty@gmail.com with the subject line ‘RETURNS [order number]’ and an invoice/receipt with your proof of purchase, along with your reason as to why you are requesting a return.

If on a rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged product, or an incorrect product to what you ordered, please contact us via email so we can organise an immediate replacement for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to make a seperate purchase once the return is accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the product, and inform you wether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
